Aromatherapy Massage  ~ $75

One-hour, full body massage using essential oils. This treatment differs from RMT in that it is focused more on the nervous system. There is some musculoskeletal work, but it is fairly gentle. Treatment is also very beneficial to the lymphatic system. Specific essential oils are used for each individual client based on their health care needs.

Aromatherapy Massage Teaching Session for Couples ~ $145

Two-hour session for you and your partner to learn some basic massage techniques. Each of you will enjoy one hour on the table while I teach and your partner practices work on your back, scalp, and feet. The session also includes a 50 ml bottle of massage oil to take home.

Aromatherapy Facial ~ $60

45-minute treatment including hot towels, cleansing mask, essential oils, and massage of scalp, face, neck and shoulders.

Reflexology ~ $45 for 45 minutes or $60 for 60 minutes

Reflexology is the stimulation of reflex points in the feet that correspond to the organs, glands and systems throughout the rest of the body. Gentle pressure on each reflex point stimulates nerve messages and blood flow to the related body parts, thereby allowing the body to do its own healing work. Several sessions may be recommended to achieve specific therapeutic results.

Reflexology & Chat ~ prices as above, or $35 for a child’s 30-minute treatment

This option will still give you a full reflexology treatment, but you will be sitting up a bit so we can have a conversation. Designed specifically for children struggling with anxiety or depression, this session will give your child a safe and comfortable space to learn about how their brain works and how they can be intentional about what thoughts their brain thinks and rehearses – all while I work on their feet! This option is also available for teens and adults.

Hand and Foot Massage ~ $40

40-minute, relaxing massage (a luxurious 10 minutes on each hand and foot) using lotion scented with essential oils.

Scalp, Neck and Shoulder Massage ~ $40

30-minute treatment, including neck and shoulder massage with relaxing essential oils, and a blissful scalp massage.

Indian Head Massage ~ $40

30-minute massage of upper back, shoulders, neck, and head, performed while you are clothed and seated comfortably. Can be done with or without oils.
